I am HAPPY to report my 21 Day Fix Results from week one back on the plan.
And WOW- that’s all I can say just one week in with my New Year, New You group. Most of us in the group are doing 21 Day Fix (though there are some doing Insanity MAX:30). As for me, I’m doing Insanity MAX:30 workouts paired up with the 21 Day Fix meal plan (a no-brainer considering that’s pretty much what the MAX:30 nutrition program is any way).
Grand total lost in our group in week one: 103 pounds!
Before we started, I shared a selfie with the group. And yes, I cringed before sharing. I was feeling bloated and gross from several weeks of over-indulging on holiday treats & cocktails. Hey, I’m not perfect. No shocker there.
I took another one today- just one week later- and man oh man what a difference.
Wondering if 21 Day Fix works? Can you get noticeable results even after the first week alone on the Fix?

Best part? I FEEL worlds better just a week in. I even dined out at an Italian restaurant to celebrate my little sister turning 40 during the week…AND stayed completely on track. The support of my group has helped me stay strong. Love it!
