What equipment do I need to do this program?

You’ll need Dumbbells and a chin-up bar OR resistance band with door attachment (this equipment is NOT included in Base kit).

Some nice bells & whistles are the Chin-Up Max, Beachbody Jump Mat and the Beachbody PT Sandbag – but they’re not required.

NOTE: The Beachbody PT Sandbag comes complete with the Deluxe Kit and Challenge Packs in March.

CARDIO 1: This 7-move workout gets your heart pumping from Minute One. Keep up with the platoon and earn a massive calorie burn.

CARDIO 2: This is basic training, but there’s nothing easy about it. It’s 3 rounds of 7 exercises, but these moves will push your fitness even further.

CARDIO 3: This cardio routine alternates between floor work and plyo moves for 3 hard-driving rounds.
CORE 1: Get ready to work your lower back, abs, and obliques in this epic, 10-move drill.

CORE 2: The reps are doubled in Core 2 to test your limits and maximize the burn.

What's the workout schedule like?

The program is 8 weeks long. You’ll work out 6 days each week. Resistance and cardio routines in the program are 22 minutes Core workouts clock in at 10 and 12 minutes.

Are these real "boot camp" workouts?

The 22 Minute Hard Corps workouts were inspired by Tony’s time spent training U.S. servicemen and women to their maximum fitness potential. They combine the no-nonsense simplicity of military PT (Physical Training) with Tony’s personal expertise in functional fitness and creating quick workouts that deliver great results in a short amount of time.

What kind of shoes should I wear for the workouts?

Cross trainers or tennis shoes are best- save the running shoes for pounding the pavement and the basketball shoes for the court. Your feet and legs will thank you!

How much space do I need to do the workouts?

Make sure you’ve got six square feet of space – you’ll need it to go Hard Corps!

I'm very out of shape. Will I be able to do this program?

That depends! Always always always check with your doctor before beginning ANY new exercise program.

I can't do high impact moves. Is there a low impact modifier for this program?

Yes. All workouts include a modifier for reduced intensity or limited equipment access.

What's the difference between 22 Minute Hard Corps and P90X programs?

P90X and P90X3 are 90-day extreme fitness programs. Both programs provide an extensive variety of fat-burning, muscle-perfecting moves that continually challenge the body and are considered advanced workouts.

22 Minute Hard Corps is a shorter, intermediate level program that has total body routines to improve overall fitness. It is inspired by the tried and true methods of boot camp fitness programs and uses a military-style cadence to provide an intense workout in only 22 minutes.
