How long is the program?
The base kit of Focus T25 is composed of two phases, Alpha and Beta, each comprising 5 weeks. Shaun T. has crammed an hour’s worth of sweat equity into 25 minutes. There are no set rest periods. As Shaun T. would say, “you can rest when you go to bed.” However, the progressive sets within the program do give you a bit of time to recover- you’ll typically start out doing a movement slow, focused and controlled and then progress into more challenging variations of the move and/or picking up the pace. Each workout is 25 minutes long – you’ll have 5 days of workouts in each week (and two on the aptly named Double Day Friday- but don’t stress if you can’t fit two in a busy Friday; you can simply do the second scheduled workout on one of your two designated rest days).
Alpha is month one of preparing your body with the foundation. Alpha teaches how to work, focus, and move your body. Beta is month two, and all about the core. Core strength, core speed, core moves. If you want to extend the program, you can purchase the third phase, Gamma separately here. In Gamma, you will focus on resistance training, strengthening all your major muscle groups.
Can I do Focus T25?
Before you begin any exercise program, you should always check with your doctor.
