With over 30 options to choose from in the Beachbody library, I know it can seem confusing and overwhelming. The best fit will depend on your current fitness level, your goals, whether you have certain pieces of exercise equipment (or are willing to invest in them!) and your own personal preferences – let’s face it, not everyone is going to love a dance-based workout and if you’re one of the folks who don’t like to “bust a move,” chances are you wouldn’t stick with it. I’m all about building habits to last a lifetime- and the BEST way of doing that is pairing you up with a workout program you’ll ENJOY doing.
