Brazil Butt Lift, TurboFire & Body Beast hybrid workout program schedule

bootybeautybeastI not only want to avoid holiday weight gain, I’d like to shed some pounds, tone up and literally get my rear into gear by the New Year so I figured what better way to do that than create a 2 a day hybrid workout program with Brazil Butt Lift, TurboFire and Body Beast.  The hubs has been bugging me to give Body Beast a go for a while now and I know some other female Coaches who’ve had incredible results with the program- and no, they don’t wind up looking like female bodybuilders so don’t fret you’ll end up as a body double for Schwarzenegger in his heyday.

As always, check with your doctor before beginning any new exercise program.  And make your workout program work for YOU.  No one exercise routine is going to be best for everyone- so do a reality/gut check on what’s best for your body & your goals…and what you can realistically keep up with long-term.
