Brazil Butt Lift/TurboFire/P90X Hybrid

I’m going to ramp things up intensity-wise for the remainder of the summer and really get my booty in gear with what I’m sure will be a challenging yet fun hybrid of Brazil Butt Lift, TurboFire & P90X.   Note most days will require two workouts so make sure you plan accordingly if you’re opting to tackle this one.  I’ll post my before and afters at the end of this 12 week program (gulp!!).
