This is a more advanced hybrid schedule of TurboFire & ChaLean Extreme than you find included in the kits.  I’ve had several customers give this a go and report pretty phenomenal results.  I mean, come on- cardio high intensity interval training mixed with Chalene’s go heavy or go home strength training program?  How can you NOT love that?
