SALTY LANGUAGE NAGGYPANTS ALERT (and trigger warning if you’re frightened by bald heads and/or raspy voices haha):

Excuses. I’ve heard ’em all. “I’m too tired!” “I don’t have time!” “I can’t afford a gym membership/personal trainer/nutritionist/gastric bybass [or whatever holy grail you’re clinging to that’s ‘preventing’ you from better health/fitness].”

STOP IT. It can be as simple as a 15 minute walk. Don’t be a whiny little b$tch. Our bodies were meant to move. So move yours.

I’ve made friends with a number of ladies with breast cancer recently. One shared her physical therapist’s recommendations for our dog tired, can’t get out of bed days- exercises she can do in her bed. Yep, even when down and out, this woman finds a way to move her body- and her medical professional wisely encourages her to do so.

I challenge you to move your body today. Go get ’em!
