I’ve seen some pretty crazy diet & exercise advice in my life. Trends come and go and then come back round again. If there truly was a magic diet, pill or potion out there that worked for everyone, there wouldn’t be an obesity epidemic.

After losing 100 pounds ten years ago and coaching hundreds of women on their own fitness journeys, I can say with 100% certainty that there is no “one size fits all” solution for weight loss.

When I decided to write a weight loss book, I didn’t want to write yet another diet book. There’s enough of these flying around. Instead, I decided to share the common threads of those in my own experience (and my clients’). The 21 tips, tools and strategies that can simplify the process of weight loss.
